How to Install pgadmin3 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pgadmin3 software package provides graphical administration tool for PostgreSQL, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pgadmin3

pgadmin3 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pgadmin3 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pgadmin3 *

You will get with pgadmin3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
